We Hotel Langkawi

Ive stayed here for about 1.5 weeks over a few visits. It was clear, comfortable and bright. The counter staff were friendly,efficient and nice. A number of unexpected difficulties arose during my last visit here eg phone SlM card, Phone Bank App, clothes repairs, travel preparations,need for certain medications,arranging lifts,arranging taxis etc The Management guys couldnt have been more helpful with these matters and more. Ben was particularly good and could find out where everything could be accessed. Nothing was too much trouble here.

we stayed for 6nights in executive room, the room was spacious, easy parking lots, but need to buy the parking ticket on our own. they didn’t sell parking tickets at the hotel.

The location was very convenient as it is near to the shopping district. Plenty of restaurants nearby to grab your food. Breakfast deal with old town was the biggest plus point for this hotel.

We liked our stay. Ben is so friendly and was really helpful and gave us good recommendations about places to visit, we loved it! Thanks to him we felt welcomed and had a pleasant stay in this hotel. About the room, it can be a little bit cleaner and fridge in the room would be good, but it's not critical.

Great location, comfort bedding maybe towel or bedsheet seems a bit stain.price expected , have fridge which is near to some night market
